Our ABT Accredited Gel Polish course will teach you the essential skills that any nail technician should hold in order to provide a gel polish application treatment to their clients. Due to the longevity and high-gloss finish, this treatment is particularly popular all-year round and learning this skill would enhance your services when offering nail treatments from home and/or mobile.

Entry Requirements
Our diploma courses are suitable for complete beginners and do not require any prior learning to be able to train with us; many of our students are not yet beauty trained and are looking to start up a business in the industry. However, we recommend students consider completing the Manicure & Pedicure training course prior to this course. We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments. You must arrive for the course free of nail polish, gel polish and/or nail extensions as an important part of the course is to give and receive treatments upon the natural nails.
All products and tools are provided for the training day at the centre when you attend. No kit is required to complete the training day, nor included in the course fee.

Gel polish is an essential skill for any therapist; all of us want attractive hands but we don’t always have the time to maintain them. It is one of the most in-demand nail treatments throughout the country, specifically because of the high-gloss shine finish, zero-drying time along with no edge-wear, chips, scratching or dulling; ideal for those who lead a busy lifestyle. Following the course, you will be able to work from home and mobile as a nail technician offering a gel polish manicure (once you have obtained insurance). This course would complement our Manicure and Pedicure training course, as these treatments are frequently requested together.
What qualification will you receive?
When you have successfully completed your training course(s), you will receive a diploma certificate in Gel Polish issued by The House of Beauty Bromsgrove Training Academy, accredited by ABT. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability Insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients from home and/or mobile.
