We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments.

You will give and receive treatments as part of this course and so must remove any nail extensions, polish and/or gel polish from finger and toe nails before attending the course. No models are required. All products and tools are provided for the training day at the centre when you attend. No kit is required to complete the training day, nor included in the course fee.

Course benefits:

Manicures are an essential skill for any therapist; all of us want attractive hands but don’t always have the time to maintain them. Manicure is a popular treatment all-year round, especially for brides, before holidays or special occasions. Similarly, pedicures are a great way to provide basic foot care for those on their feet all day, focusing on the skin condition and nail care.

With a focus on relaxation and working on the condition of skin with massage techniques, luxury services will enhance the treatments that you currently offer and therefore earning you additional money on each treatment you carry out on your clients. As luxury manicure and pedicures are hydrating, nourishing and encourage circulation in the hands and feet, they are especially popular with more mature clients, but these are idyllic treatments for any client that takes pride in the health of their hands and feet.

The treatments are relaxing for clients and offer essential services that are fundamental for all nail technicians working from home or mobile. There is a minimal start-up cost to begin offering treatments and clients return on a monthly basis to maintain the appearance of their hands and feet. It is also a great opportunity to sell retail products to your clients as most clients will want to purchase the products you have used on them.

What qualification will you receive?

When you have successfully completed your training course(s), you will receive a diploma certificate in Manicure and Pedicures issued by The House of Beauty Bromsgrove Training Academy, accredited by ABT. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability Insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients from home and/or mobile.
